Ok, on face value issuing shares at 3 cents does look a bit dodgy, but shady deals happens just about everywhere.
Government, councils, big business etc.
Now that all the boardroom drama has finished, capital raising completed, the company is now heading in the right direction.
With a market cap of only 3 million, the shares still look very cheap at these prices.
In prospective, there are companies valued at over 2 billion that are still not making any money.
