    Ideally its CDR, construction of pearls has commenced and details around payment terms for the pearls. This will give us a good idea of the funding status going forward. Wouldn't be surprised to see payment terms where a portion is paid upfront and a portion is paid at milestones such as launch and confirmation of testing.
