Interesting scenario.
EXU unhappy if RMS takes them over, but they would have still had exposure to their project through RMS. Now it looks like ALK is on board to get a slice of the project in exchange for cash.
If ALK has a seat on the board and RMS does as well as they creep up the register then perhaps a JV would make the most sense to take advantage of the synergies in place.
