Ideal for EXU shareholders, but the right deal would still be good for RMS. RMS made the TO because they think there is value in EXU's ground. I think there are plenty of potential synergies to be unlocked by EXU and RMS co-operating and it would be the best outcome for all if this was possible.
I don't see how it is in RMS shareholders interest for RMS to dump their holding of EXU shares if they do walk. I certainly won't mind if they do as I will be there buying if they are silly enough to have a dummy spit.
