According to the Bidders Statement if RMS does not proceed with the offer due to offer lapsing when a condition is breached, the offer will lapse at the discretion of RMS and EXU holders will retain their shares.

So it depends on what happens to the share price after the Trading Halt is lifted as to whether they are happy or maybe not so.
