Yep. If Esh is right on the tight spot RMS is in with Edna May feed then they won't be in a position to just walk away. Also unlike us (and RMS) ALK will have had access to the unreleased drill data on Mace (EXU's new shallow supergene deposit for ALK shareholders) and so they will know what they are buying. If I was an RMS shareholder I would not be happy with the way my management has handled the TO process to date.
