No big secret contract or they would have pumped it & the SP before CR.
My guess is they are giving mates a cheap entry or a term sheet to broker/s would have surfaced. Maybe part of a stategic alliance, GE would be good, they seeded capital way back & are big in the big water business. Who knows just have to wait & see.
