    I think there’s some merit in that reasoning but aside from management spruiking “agreements” there has never been a contractual offtake for the TiO2.


    I think it was poor form and perhaps a bit of an error in judgement for PB to disclose that a deal was “with the lawyers”  but as far as I’m aware nothing was ever formally completed?
