Perhaps you should read closer before you try to post next time... if you had read the posters actual words, and the "ASX LISTING RULES Guidance Note 16", you would like that for any halt, the ASX has to agree to the halt, and it also has to agree to the the lifting of the halt... it only does so after the company satisfies the ASX that the halt and lifting is warranted.
The company supplies the request and information, the ASX decides the exact time of lifting... which is what the poster actually said.
