One poster correctly identified that while CLA can ask for a TH, and submit material in relation to it..
You then went on to try and correct him, but obviously didn't understand what he posted.
It is the ASX that either allows the TH and dictates when that material will be made public.. it is also the ASX that dictates when the TH will be lifted.
To claim otherwise is incorrect.. please check your facts.
