OK now it gets interesting, EMR announce plans for a capital raising to get this show on the road. My only concern is that the proposed "Security Purchase Plan" will only raise 3m from existing shareholders at 3 cents while the directors get 12.2m . this harks back to the day when other large placements were made to directors at significant discounts to the prevailing share price. Dont get me wrong, it's nice to see management having skin in the game but this is starting to look like a private company run by the directors that just happens to be listed on the ASX.
anybody else share these concerns?
