Start by having a look at all the announcements and all the projects they have going on, their cash flows, their management, the market, supply and demand for the materials, future prospects, the top share holders etc... the more you look in and understand what the company is pitching to the investors the more you will know and understand the value of KRC and you can have your own estimation of value... if you’re a day trader or a short term holder then there’s not much point researching you’re just in it for the quick ride....
