Oh I agree even a bid under 6 dollars would likely not pass. But under 5.50 I am like 99 percent sure it wont pass. Maybe they will offer below 6 dollars at first. But I think that will need to be increase to make it likely to happen. Personally I wont vote in favor of a takeover unless it is over 6.60. I would still make a good profit under this price but I think it undervalues the business.
