I’ll join any legal action against directors.  This is flagrant disguised incompetence at its best.  IMHO, I think there is definitely another agenda at play here.  Big picture, big shareholders with big greed.  

Hypothetical. Decimate current share price and run company into the ground by drilling for drilling sake.  Nothing substantial in results, company close to administration, SP at $0.02 or less.  Rich person with Dolmades and Ouzo decides on a TO. Amazing drill results pour in.  SP rises. Some get richer. Leverage at its best.

It amazes me that it is so obvious that what the current board has done is so clearly stupid and not in the best interests of shareholders.  White collar crime.  Hope they have to walk the plank.
