Hypothetical. Decimate current share price and run company into the ground by drilling for drilling sake. Nothing substantial in results, company close to administration, SP at $0.02 or less. It amazes me that it is so obvious that what the current board has done is so clearly stupid and not in the best interests of shareholders. White collar crime. Hope they have to walk the plank.
Another issue I would like to say is that all posts on Hotcopper will have a IP address. This means you can trace the location of every poster.

If there is indeed staff or affiliates of KIN Mining (aka company cronies) that goes onto Hotcopper to try and "muddy the water" they can be implicated in a legal challenge as well.

Bring it on. I’m no longer a holder as many know, but I have very strong feelings for the way I, and other shareholders have been mislead. Vote according to the recommendations of the lodgers of the 249D and kick out this current BoD.
