plenty companies CR with the intended use of "Working Capital"
but to clarify for those who don't wish to do any research other than HC threads.
if the announcment is purely for working capital. then i suspect a negitive reaction.
if the raise is a nice juicy reason. like to Expedite trialing for X.
To begin USA trials for FDA etc etc.
Then i expect a positive reaction
