Settle down people. Assuming no new news (why should there be news part way through the 2nd iteration?) there are three scenarios here, I think:

CR is subscribed by sophs: pitch is say 15% below VWAP..say low-mid 40's. Short term market settles at or slightly below raise price,

CR is subscribed by US institutions (following on from the recent US roadshow...feasible): CR price may be closer to VWAP, SP settles higher than in case 1 above.

CR is subscribed by cornerstone investor, semiconductor name, etc (noting previous comments about awareness of semi players, also conceivable, but that would become a limiting factor in negotiations if the cornerstone was a potential IP buyer, so less likely, imo): SP does a run.

Personally I'm guessing the institution case. Someone has responded following the roadshow and wants a significant stake, impossible to get given low liquidity of 4DS. Our conservative Board weighs the advantage of accommodating the interest against the dilution and takes the safe course.

Those that want in get a brief opportunity in the 40's, then back to sideways until next news …
