Reads to me:
1. It is not a great scenario for ECT to have to advise NLCIL we are not prepared to release the final Legal report..
2. External consultant is cause of the delay
3. ECT mgmt are as frustrated as shareholders over this
4. Hopefully, legal report has been released and RCA with report have reached NLCIL in time for board meeting.
5. We will know when market next trades
