IMO ECT did not even realise the requirement of the external legal review document to accompany for RCA.....seems management don't know what is required or the advisors are of poor quality or intentionally dragged by whom though?
This is more than farcical......and how much confidence will the Q&A instill in potential new investors.......zilch and proof is in the trading activities.
Time to see how low the SP could go.....may be another round of weeding out weak hands.
