    They can't raise more than tgeir current placement capacity which must be around ~130m with the last CNs conversion.

    Also, I believe in on of the last ANNs they've mentioned 0.0125$ as a floor convertion VWAP for Magna.

    Anyway, these guys are full of surprises.
