Why was MPL allowed to commence trading today if MPL had lost the ADF contract and why placed in a trading halt after commencement of trade?
Governance, risk and compliance?
Now that MPL is a publicly listed company and the fact that MPL fell 6.14% before trading halted, the undoubted response will be as b4.
Depending on the newsflow, CAs, senior management credibility and all the usual fights will follow.
