Someone finally sees the value in the securities whether it's a simple Arbitrage play or, hopefully, a single long-term holder.
As Dog suggests, I'm also suspicious with timing of Sprott shaking the Novo tree with a presumably supportive Kirkland. Maybe a Newmount would be good protection.
Sprott could also hold the securities for another party.
