Yup. It's looking grim.
They have released no news to indicate anyone is placing a big buy order, other than the optimistic hopes they've been talking about for over a year. So now they have $12 million just sitting there, accruing interest, and severely hindering their ability to raise more cash for operating expenses.
They need to pay back over $14 million in cash over next 14 months, unless the share price triples from it's current value and Acorn takes the shares instead. For either of those to happen, how many units would they need to sell to see that kind of movement/revenue? 40?
Not saying this can't happen, but it's becoming a big gamble to hold D13 now. There's no growing momentum or trickle of sales. It'll just be make or break with one huge sales announcement. It's like betting on a no-name horse with huge odds that's not won more than a few races at the local tracks.
