This is a disaster for EXU shareholders. How could EXU not provide the Independent Expert’s Report and and the MACE update before their AGM? How can you vote for the ALK placement without that information?
I naively thought the $0.05 cash consideration was in the bag and some in EXU-Land were screaming about its inadequacy. Those same punters will not be so confident of the value of their shares tomorrow morning when the market opens. I have a lot of EXU shares and will be hurt by this fiasco.
