I still hold but i am not happy at all with ASX.
They should regulated this announcement and that is why they are querying this.
Because companies like ICG release junk announcements every week, and with little resistance from ASX, and CHK maybe the same. This is a bad look for CHK and ASX and has definately killed momentum, however that was already happening in pre open.
SER on the other hand is booming on an article that they released about nearology, but was not released to ASX.
there is a big difference, and CHK should never have run as hard as it did. I think we will see a gap closing at 1.4, 1.2 and 1 as traders are stuck and need out.
ASX need to regulate newsflow better to avoid all this.
