I'm thinking about doing just that over the weekend. I'll see how I feel on Monday and if I get any contact from the company (I'm waiting on a return call). I don't know which area of law would apply but this whole thing just feels dodgy. I'm going to look into disadvantaging minor shareholders and see where that leads me.
