He's the chairman, Alan is the CEO. But you'd expect that Peter would have been intricately involved in the decision. The board just isn't that big! Peter being a CPA and experienced board member may have provided advise on how to price it, what to offer and how to structure the raise. Ultimately it's a board decision and they are all responsible.
