Just the timing was so much out of kilter. They knew CR was inevitable, yet these highly paid ?intelligent professionals had to pick the worst possible time when the sp was the lowest in ?18 months to announce this. I repeat, it feels like collusion (Tricky, this word again). From my knowledge, they could announce CR anytime before an AGM. I stand corrected on this.
