Its the way management handles the CR that worried me. I understand why management did not announce both UK deal & capital raise at same time. We all want to get a higher price in CR and hence the announcement of lucrative contact first. All fine with me. Problem is the apparent leaks of confidential news of CR. How else can you explain the swift pump and dump last week?

I also have issue with management in not letting all shareholders participate; unless the strike price is significantly higher than 20 days VWAP and/or the new investor will become a significant partner in the running of our business I future, it's only fair all SH, dads & mums included, be given a chance.

Yes Jack, there was ample opportunities to buy under 7c, but that was before the announcement of NHS deal. Unfortunately at the time I am not even privileged to know that such negotiation is going on between NUH and NHS !
It will be interesting to find out if there is any significant buyer(s) at those prices in past 2 months!

Nonetheless I like Nuh's technology and I sincerely hope another small Aussie company can make it big in world stage.
Just hope management will listen to small guys and do better in future!
