with the current level of MCE debt and the piddly amount they wanted to raise, should have gone to the bank and extended a loan. or even sold of some excess plant or refinanced something. pointless raising $3 by issuing almost 10% additional shares for massive dilution. unfair to guys like myself who hold major qnty and support the company for years
