Its probably the classic forgotten stock that was once a darling. I noticed the property comment in the deck, its about $25-$30m from what I could work out (most of the market cap). Not sure I want them to sell the asset if it can keep going on a cash basis.
Also, I like the leverage in the business, any new contracts will make EPS explode - new contracts being very likely. Management have been very disciplined over the downturn (property sale thinking being the exception to the thinking - maybe).
Do like it at this price, probability high it wins new work...
