Let's just wait to see the details of the announcement, shall we.
Management have done a pretty good job at building distribution channels, sales and margins over the last 12 months and seem to know who their target market is. They are not looking to self destruct or cannibalize their own market.
Speculation from outside does not appear to be helpful.
