    Only a potential Capital Raising? Seems it's not urgent, but perhaps they think it's worth doing at these prices? 


    Or could the raise be directly linked with the partnership? The partnership is what's intruiging here. Remember who we recently put in charge of partnerships? Gen Kanai!
