Somewhat unrelated, I'm further disappointed with SelfWealth public website being down since this morning..? It's a non-trading day so perhaps there is maintenance of some sort happening? Whatever the reason, a generic error looks terrible.
From what I can read into this error, the public directory of the website has become corrupt. From the error below, I understand their website is hosted on a Windows Server, with their public directory hosted on the C: drive. Interesting...
Assuming SelfWealth don't have 24/7 staff to monitor their own infrastructure is gravely concerning, especially within the financial industry. I don't see any problems through their iOS application & portal (https://secure.selfwealth.com.au/) so would be under the impression the client portal isn't breached (if there was a security breach with their public website)
SelfWealth - please issue a statement.
