A TH for a review of the business strategy suggests there's external parties involved otherwise why bother?
I don't know if the directors would throw in the towel just yet when they could milk salaries and possible performance rights a while longer.
Have 1st Sam reneged on the finance offer? I can't imagine IOR would back out of the 1st Sam deal.
F me, unless they've by some miracle struck gold in Andhra Pradesh, I can't see this being anything but bad news.
