Key word for me re costs atm was "might" be payable. Still some doubt around that obviously.
If something had been decided either way then they should have used "will" or "will not" be payable.
Is a small win in some ways that negotiations are actually occurring around both costs and the IP rather than Mylan just trying to bury POH.
