    not happy either .... I believe they got that figure using the 6 months trading range between 0.02 - 0.007

    interestingly the offer started out this morning with 24 hours to bid ... now it's only got 3 hours to bid before closing .... I've seen the Term Sheet ... nothing in there we don't know
