If it was for an acquisition that would have to be in the termsheet would it not ?

If you were going to make a positive acquisition, you'd want to announce it first of all & not be issuing stock at a 40% discount.

So that thought of yours is a complete red herring.

They'll be desperate to close it in case of more market turmoil.

God knows what they'll do if they can't get it away at that price.
