Here's a question for everyone bullish about the company to ponder & to try to answer (no its not a trick question).
If you look at the presentation from October (because the latest one doesn't include all the info).
Slide 12 shows the revenue that a telco deal can bring into the company. 30 Telco's at possibly $250,000 per month, 65 at between $50,000 - 250,000 per month and the all the smaller ones at up to $50,000 a month.
Now look at slide 18 on Dataflex. A small company (500 employees) can bring in revenue of $36,000 per year or $3,000 per month. A large company (5,000 employees) can bring in revenue of $576,000 per year or $48,000 per month.
We know from Verizon & the other deals that it takes ages to get a Telco onboard (yes Verizon was an exception) and then it takes ages to start generating revenue from the contract & it would appear that its going to take 12 months or longer from that point to build-up the revenue to get near any of the max monthly figures. There's also only 105 company's max out there that can bring in over $50,000 per month.
On the other hand there are thousands of company's out there with 5,000 employees or more, each of whom could bring in near $50,000 per month virtually instantly, not to mention the ten's of thousands of smaller ones out there. In the USA in some states there are BYOD legal requirements to have such a product.
Now given the above facts, if you looked at it objectively & logically as a business which one would you target, which of the 2 would you concentrate your resources on ?
YES Dataflex stands out like a sore thumb.
So why are Syntonic concentrating on the other product ?
