Do you think the CS groups will work together or remain "siloed". It's always a difficult task I think engineering specialists tend to clash rather than share ideas.
It sounds good to and maybe helps sales but I am skeptical of real "synergies".
Still I agree and like yourself I hope Crescent act with a long term view to build the business. Private equity are not known for this though.
