    Well, that announcement was fairly material.

    The acquisition increases Construction Sciences staff about 50% and takes Construction Sciences to about 20% of staff within Cardno Group.

    Maybe its the start of some good leveraging for Construction Sciences given Cardno in the US have about 90 offices?

    Will consider the new business metrics if more info is released.
