    Response:   ASX is aware of shareholderconcerns regarding FMS, and continue to consider matters raised, as is evidentfrom the trading halt requested this morning by FMS. Some of the matters you haveraised are regulated by ASIC under the Corporations Act rather than by ASXunder the Listing Rules (see https://www.asx.com.au/documents/about/corporations-act-vs-listing-rules-matters.pdf).In respect of the Listing Rules matters raised, should you wish to make aformal complaint (ie a report of misconduct) please do so through https://www.asx.com.au/contact/customerFeedback.html#/. RegardsBen
