I'm sure I remember there was going to be a $1million upfront payment from HAV to the claimants upon signing the agreement. I can't find that info now so perhaps I dreamt it. The deal itself will likely be complex and yes it depends on profitability apparently but just what the terms are will be interesting.Unless there is no deal as Lotirish suggested and then well ... I'd rather not think about it.
