REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSIONAs you are aware, Axiom Mining Limited (‘Axiom’ or ‘the Company’) was placed in a trading halt on Monday, 17December 2018, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the Isabel Nickel Project in the SolomonIslands.In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Axiom now requests a voluntary suspension of its shares and providesthe following:1. The suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation tomineral rights for the Isabel Nickel Project in the Solomon Islands. The suspension is requested, asotherwise trading in Axiom’s securities may occur in an uninformed market.2. Axiom requests the securities remain in suspension until the earlier of the announcement to the marketor the recommencement of trade in Axiom Mining Limited securities on Thursday, 20 December 2018.3. Axiom is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended
