I'm not that much genius as you are but my 28 yrs experience in mining as well as working in various brokers guide me that big boys are accumulating well.
most of shares dumped during last few months are not coming from escrowed shares , they are shorted by big boys in hope for swallowing weak hands.
IMO, Ernie needs decent volume of coal and will help broken B2Y as much as PAC did in IPO. 2019 is interesting year for investors here despite all negatives around.
