The September quarter cash-flow statement gives the clue. Cash at end of period = $3.16 million(m). Sales in that period were about $30m.
Expected production expenses in the December quarter are $37m. So, despite expected increase in production, if sales do not exceed $34m for the quarter, then cash = oh dear.
