Request for a Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 THC Global Limited (THC Global or Company) requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities pending an announcement to the market regarding the issue of permits to THC Global’s wholly owned subsidiary Canndeo Ltd by the Department of Health, Office of Drug Control.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before 21 December 2018 by provision of an announcement to the ASX with respect to the permits.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. Yours sincerely
