Historically, there was an AMAL trading halt on 02/10/17 for an update to the original offtake agreement using the words "Pending announcement in relation to update on offtake agreement". 

Given that Burwill have a large interest in A40 (93.3 million shares = 7.15%) and there doesn't appear to be any breach by either party of the conditions already mentioned, the best case outcome would be an amendment that provides more flexibility to both parties.
