So you think having someone that has right of first refusal is an advantage in negotiations, sort of makes the new party offer top dollar so the other party doesn't match it? That's an interesting way of looking at it if so, I was sorta thinking it would make negotiations a bit more complicated or that perhaps they would look elsewhere for the product rather than paying over the odds for it. But I suppose if they want our premium coarse product they may just have to pay that top dollar to avoid Burwill excercising their right of first refusal that you mention.

Anyway, thanks for that insight into negotiation strategy.

I thought I heard from other peeps on here - most of "the other product elsewhere" doesn't currently exist atm. Most deals have been done, with much of the "other product elsewhere" being tied up into long term off take deals - the way it seems to be in the lithium space.

henceforth ensuing that wonderful supply and demand fundamental... how does low supply, high demand grab anyone?
