From memory, correct me if I'm wrong, the ASX requires any discount (max 25%) to be based upon a 15 day VWAP. Nevertheless, probably be about the same, supposing less than the maximum discount, as on a 5 day VWAP with no discount . Additionally, more "Politically Correct" to offer no discount and certainly not a 25% maximum discount, even if the end result is the same.
